I. Distribution of High Tech. Products

* Therapeutic Plasma Proteins:

Faripharma through representation State Of Art factories for plasma fractionation Companies with a very reputable manufacturers is already registered or prepare for registration:-

1. 20 % Albumin solution for DRK - NSTOB Germany under the trade name "Albumin - Human 20%" and for SK – Chemicals – South Korea under the trade name " SK - Albumin 20%"  .

2. 5 % polyvalent immunoglobulin ready for injection (IV. IgG) for SK-Chemicals – South Korea under the trade name "Liv Gamma".
   N.B : ( DRK - NSTOB product is still under registration).

3. Lyophilized Fresh Frozen Plasma – Blood group AB (To be universal plasma donation) for DRK - West under the trade name "lyoplas–N–Universal ".

** Coordination and direct support of "Toll Manufacturing Agreement":

To fractionate the Egyptian Plasma in SK – Chemicals – South Korea.

· * Total amount of fractionated (FFP ) ~ 33.5 ton

· * The manufactured products from above mentioned amount are : -

          (1) 20 % human Albumin solution 50 ml ( ~ 76000 vial )

          (2) 5 % polyvalent gama globulin  ( IV.IgG ) -  50 ml  ( ~ 45000 vial )

*** Infant baby milk:

For Humana-Germany

(1) Zero to Six months baby milk  under the trade name "Humana Infant Formula"

(2) Six to Twelve months baby milk under the trade name "Humana Follow-up Formula"

II. Future Agreement

1. A Distribution Agreement with Kedrion Company - Italy for plasma fractionation.

The agreement will include some specific immunoglobulins  as( AntiRH )and hemophilia treatment products in addition to normal plasma products like albumin and Gama globulin.

2. A Distribution Agreement with Genescince pharmaceuticals  – China -  to distribute Growth Hormones ( Somatropin )

3. A Distribution Agreement with RongShing Company – China – for Plasma Fractionation.

The main target is to import some specific immunoglobulins products

(Specific anti-human tetanus and specific anti- human Rabis)
